Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience
Proven experience launching and scaling operations in new markets, ideally within sports, hospitality, or travel
Extensive expertise in delivering large-scale events, ensuring both operational and commercial excellence

Define key success metrics and implement robust performance tracking
Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and brand expansion
Oversee the successful execution of STH Group’s inaugural North American project, delivering outstanding fan experiences at major sporting events
Establish efficient operational frameworks to ensure seamless, on-budget project delivery with an unwavering commitment to service excellence
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and contractual obligations while managing business risk effectively
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence
Align the team with STH Group’s values, ensuring a shared commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Drive the commercial strategy to grow market share through innovative sales and marketing initiatives

As we expand into North America, we are seeking an ambitious and visionary Managing Director to build and lead STH Group’s presence in the US market. The Role

As Managing Director – North America, you will lead the expansion and growth of STH Group in the US, setting the strategy, building the team, and driving key partnerships. Working closely with the Global Leadership team and Sodexo Live! NorAm, you will be responsible for delivering world-class hospitality and travel experiences while ensuring commercial success in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
• Develop and execute a market entry strategy aligned with STH Group’s global objectives, ensuring a scalable and profitable operation.
• Define key success metrics and implement robust performance tracking.
• Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and brand expansion.

Operational Excellence & Programme Delivery
• Oversee the successful execution of STH Group’s inaugural North American project, delivering outstanding fan experiences at major sporting events.
• Establish efficient operational frameworks to ensure seamless, on-budget project delivery with an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and contractual obligations while managing business risk effectively.

Team Leadership & Culture
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Align the team with STH Group’s values, ensuring a shared commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
