Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not mandatory. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clerical and customer support skills within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, maintaining a professional front desk presence
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tool
Handle filing, record keeping, and document proofreading to ensure organization and accuracy
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing correspondence
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience, including office administration or front desk duties
Exceptional customer service skills, including phone etiquette and professional communication
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
Speak fluent English and Mandarin
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
