We are seeking a skilled and creative Manual Jewelry Designer (Female) with a passion for intricate craftsmanship and a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in manual jewelry designing, preferably in a production or high-end custom jewelry environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and create unique and detailed manual jewelry pieces, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.
Work with various metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and other materials to craft jewelry designs.
Collaborate with the design team to bring innovative and original ideas to life.
Convert design concepts into physical prototypes using manual tools and techniques.
Ensure designs adhere to quality standards and maintain aesthetic appeal.
Customization of jewelry pieces based on client requirements.
Interpret and incorporate trends, market demands, and customer preferences into designs.
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and perfection of designs.
Maintain accurate records of design sketches, materials used, and production stages.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on design processes and improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manual jewelry designer.
Proficient in traditional jewelry-making techniques such as handcrafting, stone setting, casting, and polishing.
Strong knowledge of metals, gemstones, and materials used in fine jewelry making.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Creativity and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Good understanding of market trends and design aesthetics.
Ability to take client briefs and transform them into high-quality jewelry pieces.
Familiarity with CAD software (optional).
Education & Qualifications:
Formal education in Jewelry Design or related fields is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design skills.
