We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assistant to join our team on the graveyard shift. This entry-level aerospace position is designed to provide comprehensive training across various departments, allowing you to develop your skills and grow within the company. You will assist in operating equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining production standards while ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in a variety of departments.
• Run equipment such as Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses, and CNC machines.
• Finish parts using handheld tools and grinders.
• Inspect products per customer requirements.
• Maintain an acceptable level of production.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Perform equipment maintenance.
• Adhere and comply with state and federal laws, and the Company Quality Program and procedures.
Essential Skills
• Production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Readiness to learn.
• Attendance is a must.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Punctual, polite, and respectful of coworkers.
• Ability to stay focused and alert while performing repetitive tasks.

The pay range for this position is $1+.00 - $21.00/hr.
