Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Putzmeister India. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality. This is a full-time position based in Goa, India.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
More than 10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
Experience in designing. manufacturing equipment and fixtures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools
Good understanding of quality management systems
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles And Responsibilities
To improve manufacturing processes.
Development of layout for future process
Know of ROI. IRR calculation for business case
Knowledge of developing business case
Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing processes and recommend cost-saving measures.
Work on projects to reduce production costs without compromising quality.
Calculation of timing used in different manufacturing operations.
Finding out NVA.
Reduction of NVA.
Finding out the opportunity for mfg. process lead time reduction.
Preparation of SOPs.
Preparation of OPL.
5s implementation & guiding to production.
Manage manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with various departments to achieve project objectives,
