Responsibilities
With minimal supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer will work with engineering, operations, and project management to develop technical manufacturing solutions for new programs
Develop technical manufacturing options
Perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes
Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, workflow and layout
Provide input to estimating
Work with engineering, operations and project management concerning product design
Consult with vendors to determine product specification sand arrange for purchase of product
Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency
Work with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations regarding production processes
Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential requirements
Coordinate and direct process improvement teams
Assist with resolution of customer, technical and quality issues
Ability to coordinate teams to complete tasks
Ability to collect, analyze, interpret and present technical and business information

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. With minimal supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer will work with engineering, operations, and project management to develop technical manufacturing solutions for new programs.

Education And Experiences
• Requires 4-year degree in Engineering.
• 4 years related experience preferred.
• Aerospace industry knowledge is desired.
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD systems required. CATIA v4, v5 is preferred.
• Assembly engineering experience is a plus.
