As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities including:
Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards
Enhancing manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
Assuring product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished- product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm manufacturing processes
Providing manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements
Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
Assisting in the design and execution of prototypes and manufacturing process plans
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase performance of production, quality, and reduce costs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design and process changes
Providing support in the development of health & safety procedures for the manufacturing environment
