Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing or warehousing environment
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience with VSM, Continuous Flow, Takt Time, and TPM
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
Project Duration: 3 to 6 months with possibility to extend
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes and improving efficienciencies across our top product lines!
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste
Perform Takt Time and efficiency studies
Play a key role in improving facility and system performance while maintaining safety and quality
Develop and maintain manufacturing standards and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Design and optimize manufacturing layouts using AutoCAD
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve productivity
Manage projects related to process improvement and new product introductions
Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify areas of improvement
Implement Continuous Flow and Takt Time principles to improve production flow
Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to improve equipment reliability
Conduct time studies to optimize production processes

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Edgewood, MD team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes and improving efficienciencies across our top product lines!

Key Responsibilities
