Job Requirements
• Ability to research or analyse parts, assemblies, schematics, electrical drawings for parts, PWB/PCB’s & PCBA/CCA assemblies and review.
• Experience in Electronics manufacturing processes like SMT/PTH wave or selective soldering/Conformal coating/glueing/potting/cleaning and special process.
• Experience in identifying testing process involved in CCA/ Harness or suggesting the testing process to be considered as per the Complexity of products like FPT/ICT/Synor or Ditmico/Continuity/Functional Test or Acceptance test/ESS/HASS/Vibration etc…
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610/620 standards and RoHS & Non-RoHS process.
• Hand on experience in resolving manufacturing, quality and yield related issues for commodities like PCBA, Cables, Transformers etc.
• Develop and maintain Should Cost Models for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Finished Goods (FG) assemblies such as Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs).
• Ability to Identify key cost drivers & suggest alternate low-cost manufacturing solutions
• Exposure to Value Engineering concepts such as identifying/eliminating additional process or suggesting the alternate manufacture methods leads for cycle time reduction & Cost productivity / low-cost alternate parts identification for Electronic or Electrical parts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics engineering or equivalent
