The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, managing projects, and ensuring product development is conducted efficiently and effectively
Design, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring they are effective and efficient
Conduct regular process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase productivity
Manage various projects, coordinating with different departments to ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are met
Maintain a rigorous quality control system, identifying and rectifying defects and non-conformities
Use AutoCAD to create detailed designs and plans for manufacturing processes and systems
Collaborate with other engineers, suppliers, and customers to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product quality
