What will you be doing?
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will join ourteam in Aberdeen to support our activities within the navalsector.You’ll be driving the design and optimization of production processes for high-precision electronics, composites, and plastic moulded components, supporting mission-critical systems.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for mass production, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
• Design and implement production processes, incorporating best practices and cutting-edge techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and deliverables.
• Support projects involving plastic moulding, composite manufacturing, and electronics manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges to ensure seamless operation and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
