The HRBP-Manufacturing role will play a key part in driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee experience, supporting talent strategies, and enabling business growth across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete recruitment process, including manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying potential sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating their placement.
• Business Alignment: Align with business needs to understand HR support requirements, manpower demands, and define job descriptions for all positions.
• HR Operations: Manage HR operations and employee relations across manufacturing plants, including employee communication and rewards & recognition.
• Employee Support: Provide support through key people topics like manpower budgeting, performance management, internal job opportunities, employees connect and employee engagement.
Key Qualifications:
• Education: Any graduate, MBA preferred
• Experience: 5+ years of experience handling blue-collar manpower
• Languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, English
