We are looking for a smart and organized female Back Office Executive / Receptionist to join our team at Santej. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in handling front office and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and greet visitors
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Maintain office records and documentation
Assist in daily office operations and data entry
Coordinate with staff and management as required
Requirements:

Good communication and computer skills (MS Office, email handling)

Candidates from nearby Santej or with easy commute preferred
