Job Description
We seek an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the implementation of Service Cloud and enterprise integrations within the Manufacturing industry.
Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute project lifecycles from initiation to delivery.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) and Smartsheet for project management and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading integration projects (ERP, MES, third-party systems). Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in Midwest/East Coast time zones. Proactive risk management, issue resolution, and project dependency management are essential skills for this position.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud projects.
• Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is beneficial.
• Strong background in leading integration projects (ERP, MES, third-party systems).
