About the Role
This key position will oversee the development of long-term visions for plant-level digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing digital products and services for customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Building and leading high-performing digital transformation teams
• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members
To succeed in this role, the candidate will require strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of digital technologies, including ITM, project management, control systems, and software development.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Computer Science
• 8-10 years of experience in digital project execution and implementation
• Advanced knowledge of ITM, project management, and control systems
The role requires proficiency in SAP, product and process knowledge, leadership and change management, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
