Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at CSL Seqirus. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent attainment of company standards in relation to GMP, including right-first-time execution, accurate data, timely close out of Deviation Reporting (DR's), Corrective and Preventative actions (CAPA), Change Control, aseptic practices, and housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Seqirus guidelines and policies as well as UK legislation, safety management, and maintain a behavioral safety culture.
Coordinate or lead investigations in Quality and other loss control incidents in Seed Manufacturing.
Manage KPIs including reporting for Seed Manufacturing.
Support the MS&T function with resources for activities such as virus reassorting and pilot plant runs as required.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based at our Liverpool site. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements
Degree level desirable in technical scientific subject or demonstrated competence in similar roles.
Substantial industry experience with extensive knowledge of cGMP.
Experience in aseptic cleanroom environments.
Proven track record in management and leadership of high-performance teams.
