Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturer to join our production team. The Manufacturer will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production processes meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Machine Operation:
• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
• Product Assembly:
• Assemble products or components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to standards.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular quality checks and tests on products during and after production.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor and suggest improvements.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any hazards.
• Process Improvement:
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to address production challenges and implement solutions.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used.
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in manufacturing preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Physical Requirements:

• Visual acuity for inspecting products and machinery.
