The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a supervisor to come and join our team in our Electronics - Modules department on the night shift starting at 10.30pm and finishing at 7.30am. We are looking for someone with a passion for leading people and driving superior performance, who can effectively maximise available resources, achieve production schedules, and promote an environment in which their team can do their best work.

Be responsible for planning production each week and managing the day-to-day delivery,
Possess strong problem-solving capability, with experience in root cause analysis and supporting a culture of everyone getting involved in the process,
Ensure company Health & Safety rules are promoted and create a culture of safety and wellness,
Manage team performance and outputs,
Advocate for continuous improvements,
Lead by example, promoting the thinking of ‘us’ rather than ‘I’,
Coach and mentor others to realise their potential and empower staff.
