As our next Manufacturing Systems Technician, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, refurbishment, and repair of all production equipment and facilities as per ISO/TS 16+4+ system procedures. What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager and working with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering departments to maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.
Working with other team members to complete the implementation of new or modified production machines in conjunction with new manufacturing projects.
Ensuring operational quality and efficiency targets are maintained.
Maintaining Quality Operating Systems with respect to equipment maintenance as per ISO/IATF 16+4+ Standards.
Performing other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
A skilled trade certificate and/or relevant industrial experience.
Hands-on technical skills with respect to Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, PLC and CNC based control and logic systems, welding, and basic manual machining skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hands-on repair and maintenance of CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on QS+000 Operating Systems.
Excellent communication, negotiating, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
