This is an exciting opportunity to join our engineering team as a skilled Manufacturing Technician. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, utilizing your expertise to ensure seamless production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting and operating CNC and Power Press Machines with precision and efficiency.
Maintaining and repairing machinery, adhering to company safety guidelines.
Ensuring high-quality production by implementing SPC and adhering to SOPs and RA.
Achieving set volume production targets while maintaining machines according to preventative maintenance schedules.
Resolving immediate mechanical breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
Tracking machine performance using our Smart Factory data collection system.
Participating in company-wide safety, quality, and performance programs.
Requirements:
4-year Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
Power Press operation experience is essential.
