Develop and use outstanding skills to build RF coaxial cable assembles
Cable assembly skills include cut, bend, prep, crimp, solder, test, and value-added
Learn and adhere to industry-typical and Koaxis-specific processes
Perform in-process inspection for your work and that of your colleagues
Learn to setup and execute an increasing set of tools and processes
Learn and understand mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical procedures
Measure with caliper, micrometer, ruler, tape measure, and scale
Microscope work may be required
Adopt a continuous learning and improvement mind-set
Always strive to help us to meet and/or exceed our customers’ expectations
Contribute to a team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner
