• Safety Intervention
• PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Agression)
• NAPPI (Non Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention)
• Similar training certificates can be reviewed upon application

We work closely with our nursing home and care homes to ensure all of their shifts are always fully staffed and we listen closely to their needs to ensure we only match the most suitable carers to their shifts.
You will be for vulnerable adults living with conditions such as; Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s, Mental Health Conditions, Challenging Behaviours, Epilepsy. We also care for people living with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities such as; loss of mobility, speech/sight impairments, Autism or Down's Syndrome. There are a few other care categories e.g. end of life care & cancer care.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will be expected to perform the below daily duties;
• Use Manual Handling equipment safely
• Deliver personal care to male and female residents
• Assist in food & drink preparation and assist in feeding resident's their meals
• Complete all necessary documentation on shift
• Physically support resident's around the home and gardens
• Provide emotional support
• General housekeeping responsibilities
• Promote independence where possible
• Other duties when needed/asked

All We Ask From You Is That You;
• Have got valid Right To Work in the UK
• Have had 6 months recent care experience in the UK
• Have an VALID MAPA certificate (or similar training)
• Are a pro-active, passionate and positive carer
