Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate at Amazon, you will:
• * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
• * Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring prompt solutions.
• * Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and troubleshooting.

• Qualifications

• * Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
• * Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• * Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• * High school diploma or equivalent.
