Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers related to IT and telecom products/services.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including internet connectivity, software/hardware configurations, and network problems.

Accurately log all service requests, interactions, and problem resolutions in the system.

Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate technical teams in a timely manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and professional communication.

Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall support operations and service quality.

Meet performance KPIs such as response time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic to intermediate technical knowledge in networking, software installation, or telecom.

Proficient with MS Office and ticketing systems (preferred).

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in technical/customer support, BPO, or telecom support will be preferred.

Previous exposure to handling inbound or outbound customer service in a voice process is an advantage.
• Working Hours
• *
Rotational shifts (Day/Night) – 9 hours including breaks.

Must be open to working on weekends or public holidays as per business requirements.
• *
Weekly offs will be rotational.

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.

Familiarity with internet protocols (IP, DNS, DHCP) and modem/router configurations.
