Role Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Health Product Advisor – Marathi Telecaller. This is an office-based role where you’ll connect with customers, provide guidance about health and wellness products, and support them in making the right choices.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers.
Clearly explain healthcare products and services in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Maintain customer records using Excel.
Follow up on leads and ensure conversions.
Meet sales targets with a customer-friendly approach.
Address and resolve common customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
Proficiency in Marathi; working knowledge of Hindi & English is essential.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience in telesales/customer service is a plus, not mandatory.
Self-motivated and passionate about customer service.
Salary Offered: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month
