What you will be doing..
• Provide support to the Marine HR team in all areas but not limited to recruitments, promotions, briefing/debriefing, documentation related to.
• Ensure up-to-date records keeping and maintenance of Crew Management System.
• Responsible for monitoring the usage / cost for marine medical benefits, priority pass and sending market reports to vessels.
• Verify and approve the manning costs as directed from the manning agents.
• Manage the accounting formalities with Industrial Relations like ITF, IMEC etc.
• Support initiatives, ad-hoc projects, and other project of the department, as assigned.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.
What we are look for...
• Diploma / Degree in Business / Maritime Studies or equivalent experience in the similar role in the marine industry is preferred.
• Analytical, problem solving, time management and time management skills.
• Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective and timely manner.
• Demonstrate teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.
• A motivated self-starter, with willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
