Job Description
· Ensure compliance with Company policies
· Planning and assignment of Officers to designated fleet taking into consideration relevant experience, qualification and specific request and instruction received from fleet group.
· Ensure compliance with Thome Group training matrix applicable to each rank/ vessel and Principals’ specific requirements as applicable, including specific nationalities.
· Ensure compliance with Oil Major matrix requirements.
· Handle all activities associated with planning and act as a focal point for related activities such as proposal and assignment of new hire Officers, promotion interview coordination with recruitment team, Fleet Groups and Principals.
· Work closely with Manning Agents worldwide regarding open requirements.
· Engage with Officers on leave to establish the back-to-back rotation as practically possible.
· Maintain long term rotation plan available and discuss with Fleet Group during weekly planning meeting.
· Ensure that Visual Planner is updated in COMPAS and that Officers’ readiness is in alignment with assignment date.
· Notify MHR Operator of any non-compliance and/or specific demand from Officer’s prior assignment (e.g., family carriage, promotion expectations, deviation to standard contract duration).
· Monitor Owners pool retention rate and ensure that appropriate approvals are obtained internally for any transfer of Officers between different Owner’s pool.
· Liaise with L&D team/ Cadet Admin for Cadet assignments and monitor their career progression within Owner pool.
· Engage with Principals to manage expectations and deliver service as per agreed strategy and KPI’s.
· Ensure that planning is adhered to agreed crew complement, considering budget constraints.
· Maintain the rolling plan for top 4-officers.
· Coordinate the planning of vessels entering or exiting management in close liaison with the Fleet Group.
· Monitoring of performance evaluations to determine if additional follow-up, training, or disciplinary actions are needed.
· Identify and enroll Officers for Performance Evaluation Meeting (PEM) and communicate the outcome to Manning Agents.
· Participate in crew conferences, Officer seminars, and events as directed by the Head of Crewing/ MHR Manager.
· Provide weekly status for open requirements to Head of Crewing/ MHR Manager.
· Support and assist with additional tasks as directed by the Head of Crewing/ MHR Manager and Managing Director.

-Minimum 3 years’ experience in MHR planning/operation
