The Market Intelligence Co. is seeking experienced market research interviewers (based in Sydney) to work from home on a casual/adhoc basis during business hours, conducting quantitative telephone interviews across a range of industries.
Skills Experience Required:
Experienced B2B market research interviewer with the ability to probe
Confident/professional phone manner and experience with senior executive audiences
Computer assisted interviewing skills (CATI) experience
Able to work to deadlines
Committed and professional to the task
Well spoken and written English
Strong attention to detail.
You will need your own computer, a reliable internet connection at home, a headset for telephone communications and a quiet environment to work from. You must be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week (Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm).
Successful applicants will need to be available for a paid training session on Thursday 14th May from 10am-4pm at our offices in Alexandria (10 min walk from Mascot Station). Initial working days will need to be done from our office until we are confident you are able to work from home successfully.
Interviewers are on a training rate for their first 40 hours of $32.26 per hour and then it increases to $36.08 per hour plus super (as set out in the ADIA market research industry award)
