Overview:
Spinnaker Analytics is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Research Associate Intern. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring researchers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The Research Associate Intern will work closely with our research team to support various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
o Assist in conducting literature reviews and gathering relevant research materials.
o Collect and analyze data using qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
o Support in the design and implementation of research studies and experiments.
o Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication.
o Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team meetings to generate new research ideas.
o Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot research-related issues and challenges.
o Maintain organized records of research data, protocols, and documentation.
o Stay updated on relevant literature, methodologies, and advancements in the field.
o Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance research skills and knowledge.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the research team or supervisor.
Qualifications:
ü Strong academic record with coursework in research methods, statistics, and related subjects.
ü Prior experience in research, either through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities, is preferred but not required.
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
ü Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
ü Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and willingness to take initiative.
ü Demonstrated interest in the research topic or field of study relevant to the internship.
ü Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
ü Duration: Internship- 3 months, 6 months
