As a major player in the market research industry, we have a client-centric, outcome-driven approach. Our call centre provides insights to clients based on information collected from our telephone surveys.
The Position:
This is a casual Market Research Telephone Interviewer role in which you will make outbound calls to conduct surveys and collect valuable insights.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
A polite and professional telephone manner, with excellent communication skills when engaging respondents, stakeholders, and the wider EY Sweeney team.
Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English — excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling are essential.
The ability to learn on the job and actively embrace ongoing training and development.
A strong interest in the data-collection process and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Eligibility to work in Australia (international students and Working Holiday Visa holders welcome).
Consistently punctual, respectful, and professionally presented at all times.
Experience in conducting outbound market research interviews is highly regarded but not essential.

The hourly rate commences at $32.26. The rate increases to $36.08 after 50 hours of work (unless you have already obtained these hours with a previous Market Research employer)
Dates:
From Monday 28th July for around six weeks. Successful candidates who perform well could be offered other similar opportunities (i.e. Face to Face interviewing) after the completion of the project.
Available shifts are:
Monday to Friday 4pm to 8:30pm. To be considered for the role you will need to be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, and you will be working from our South Melbourne office. If successful during the interviewing stage applicants will be contacted for a paid training and briefing session to be held at our South Melbourne Office. Induction and Training attendance is mandatory to be considered for the role.
