Are you a fashion-forward individual with a passion for visual merchandising? Banana Republic is looking for an experienced Market Visual Merchandising Specialist who loves to stay up to date on the latest fashion trends and can bring an in-depth knowledge of visual merchandising to our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a creative eye and can think of innovative ways to display our products in our stores. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall look and feel of our stores, as well as creating strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Communications, Retail Management, or a related field. You should be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently and has the ability to think strategically and execute projects quickly and efficiently.
