We’re looking for an experienced, versatile marketing specialist with high energy levels to drive our clients’ marketing goals.
Sr. Project Managers / Project Directors at Inception perform the dual role of:
• lead marketers who think, ideate, direct and guide associates, designers and vendors/partners on the project team to deliver excellence in marketing and
• account directors who take complete accountability for the client accounts mapped to them.
She/he should be equally comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities as well as strategic thinking for a brand, should thrive under tight deadlines, be able to multi-task across multiple projects/clients and adapt to changing needs. The role reports to the Managing Partners of the firm.
Who would excel at the role of Lead-Marketer: Consumer Brands:
The Lead Marketer will be mapped to key client projects spanning consumer brands / B2C across sectors such as F&B, Hospitality, FMCG, Products Services, e-Comm and apps.
The Lead Marketer for Consuler brands must be someone with:
• Experience in brand or marketing roles (not sales or distribution) for consumer brands in any sector
• A marketer's bent of mind, allows them to handle and contribute to strategic brand positioning and brainstorming exercises to develop campaign ideas, story arcs, engagement initiatives and brand messaging that resonates with the brand’s TG across channels.
• Capability to develop product launch plans, social media campaigns, social content, and marketing plans, and lead influencer marketing and other brand development initiatives.
• Digital media and social media savvy with an established competency in using digital insights to drive brand messaging and campaigns.
• Creative energy and curiosity to stay on top of dynamic trends in consumer brand marketing and the digital journeys of modern customers.
• A willingness to go beyond the deliverables to think on behalf of the brand owner and constantly think of “what’s next” for the client’s brand.
• A compulsion for high quality in copy, creative and all marketing artefacts and the nuanced eye to direct campaigns.
• Superior language and marketing communication skills to deliver high-quality copy, and creative briefs for every client brand.
• A love for social media and digital tools.
• Hands-on experience in Meta Business Suite and/or Facebook Ads manager and Instagram for business

Responsibilities
• Manage 4-5 customer accounts/projects end-to-end and deliver on their marketing objectives (daily, monthly)
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with recommendations on tactics
• Be proactive in suggesting creative campaign ideas for clients and plan/manage the execution of the same.
• Manage and mentor the assigned team to deliver on projects
Qualifications
• MBA or Masters in marketing from a top university
• 4- 7 years of relevant marketer experience covering work in Brand, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media or similar.
• Analytical skills in social media and digital marketing and performance,
• Adept at using on-cloud business applications such as near sheets, Slides/PPT, Word/ documents
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Articulation ability is key to the role.
• Relevant certifications (Google, Hubspot, Digital marketing, Meta Blueprint or similar)
• Exemplary ethical standards, and should be a team player and able to lead junior marketers.

Sr.Project Manager :
Edu+ Work exp: PG+ 4-6 years Work exp or Degree+ 5-8 Years work exp
Pay Scale: INR 7.50-+.00 lakhs
Project Director
Edu + Work Exp: PG+ 6-+ years Work exp or Degree+ 8-10 Years work exp
Pay scale: INR 12-14 lakhs
