Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions
• Execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns — organic and paid — to reach B2B audiences and generate qualified leads
• Strategise and manage social media marketing calendars and content in coordination with the creative team
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and engagement rates
• Run A/B tests for ad copies, creatives, and targeting to maximise campaign efficiency
• Analyse data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Proven track record of running successful Meta Ads campaigns
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and social media platforms
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-backed decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be Kolkata-based and willing to work on-site full-time
