WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This role will own advanced marketing analytics for performance marketing. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to analyze data, measure true impact of spends, build models, and guide budget and strategy using Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and advanced data analysis.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own end-to-end analytics for paid marketing channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, etc.)
• Perform deep-dive analysis on key metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV, funnel drop-offs
• Build and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure incremental impact of marketing spends
• Develop and manage attribution models to evaluate channel and campaign performance
• Use MMM and attribution insights to guide budget allocation and media strategy
• Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, and BigQuery
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for performance marketing
• Ensure data accuracy across Shopify, GA4, and ad platforms
• Partner with Performance Marketing to improve ROI and scaling decisions
• Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and experiment analysis (A/B tests)
• Present clear performance insights to leadership
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics / Performance Marketing Analytics / Growth Analytics
• Strong experience working with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4)
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BigQuery
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Looker / Tableau)
• Strong understanding of D2C / e-commerce performance metrics
• Ability to translate data into clear business and budget decisions
