Manager, Marketing
We are looking for a manager who will lead the marketing function for the firm and be responsible for executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital and physical platforms in India and internationally.

As a manufacturer and supplier of a portfolio of natural stone products, we operate our own quarries and manufacturing facilities in India. Our production and factory operations currently supply to over 42 countries across every continent in the world.

Orvi is a brand known for creating innovative surfaces, with a fine blend of craftsmanship & technology. Working with more than 200 in-house artisans, Orvi uses varied traditional craft techniques from across the world including stone carving, hand sculpting, intricate metal inlay, stone –in-stone inlay, raku firing etc., to create bespoke timeless surfaces using exquisite materials like natural stone, wood, metal, liquid metal, ceramics and glass. Orvi blends creativity with craftsmanship, technology with tradition, and Western aesthetics with artisanal techniques from Asia and beyond.

Primary Role & Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning·
· Define marketing goals and objectives in-line with the brand's overall marketing strategy, India & Rest of the world
· Develop quarterly marketing plan, in collaboration with the sales department including developing content and digital marketing plans
· Plan and drive specific initiatives to increase web and social media traffic by continually improving SEO, usability, design, content and conversion funnel
· Strategize to open up opportunities for the brand amongst target consumers including Interior Designers, Architects, Landscape designers in India and abroad
Marketing Review
· Conduct ongoing analysis of lead generation, sales, orders, deliveries and customer handling issues
· Conduct ongoing analysis of digital marketing performance across email, search and social
· Measure and report performance of all marketing and PR activities and assess against goals and objectives
· Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends, researching similar brands & their websites, and identifying potential campaign ideas, themes etc., to remain relevant to brand's target consumers
· Prepare relevant monthly reports and present to the senior management.
Marketing communication
· Coordinate with external agencies including digital marketing agencies, PR firms, exhibitions and media to develop and execute the brand messages
· Drive ongoing initiatives to increase online traffic and conversion on the company's website by continually improving and refreshing SEO, usability, design, and content.
