Promote positive employee relations and assist in resolving conflicts when they arise.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage employee documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and performance reviews.
Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefit programs and provide information to employees about their benefits.
Support the payroll process by verifying and processing employee time and attendance records.
Training and Development: Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
Assist in the development of training materials and programs.
Compliance and Legal: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
Assist with legal compliance, including managing records, reporting, and audits.
Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, conducting reviews, and facilitating goal setting.
HR Reporting: Generate HR reports on key metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and training, for management review.
