Dance studio Café introduced a unique concept combining performing arts, cafe, and restaurant in India. They offer services like ad films, social media marketing, and creative agency work for brands. They've developed a world's-first virtual app. We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Professional to join our team at Box Puppet Ent Private Limited Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, generating new business leads, and promoting our events and services. 1. Marketing and Sales Experience: Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the entertainment, events, or hospitality industry. 2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively promote the brand and negotiate with clients. 3. Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers. 4. Networking: Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Box Puppet Ent Pvt Ltd including events, cafe, and dancehall. 2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales. 3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Box Puppet Ent Pvt Ltd, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. 4. Event Promotion: Promote events and activities, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement. Performance Goals 1. Increase Brand Visibility: Increase brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing strategies. 2. Drive Sales: Generate new business leads and convert them into sales, increasing revenue for Box Puppet Ent Pvt Ltd. 3. Improve Event Attendance: Increase attendance at events and activities, ensuring maximum engagement and participation.
