Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our team as an Marketing and Showings Coordinator for new build luxury townhomes. This highly autonomous position involves working closely with our management company and ownership to promote the property, generate leads, show units, and support the leasing process through targeted marketing and tenant interactions.
A preference will be given to candidates with the ability and desire to live on-site in a luxury townhouse, allowing for seamless management of property showings and a first-hand knowledge of the community. You will manage your own schedule and strategies while collaborating with our teams to achieve strong leasing results.
This is a temporary/contract position centered on supporting the leasing of current vacant units, with strong potential to continue working on other upcoming projects and buildings.
What you’ll do
Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.
Oversee and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns, including creative, guerilla-style physical campaigns , local outreach, online postings, and targeted online ad campaigns.
Optimize and manage lead generation from our company website, Facebook pages, and other channels to maximize inquiries and conversions.
Coordinate with management and ownership on marketing goals, strategies, and performance.
Handle tenant-facing communications and leasing support activities with full independence.
Basic qualifications
Strong background in leasing, sales, or tenant acquisition specifically in residential rentals, vacation properties, or commercial real estate.
Proven experience in property marketing, lead generation, and closing deals in rental or sales environments.
Excellent self-management skills with the ability to operate independently while partnering effectively with teams.
Preference for candidates with hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, Facebook ads, and other online advertising experience and sales pipelines.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive total compensation to be negotiated based on experience and expertise.
Opportunity for a comped luxury townhouse rental on-site as a component of the compensation package and on-site role. The provided suite has the potential to be kept and rented by a candidate if chosen, subject to approvals.
Performance-based monthly bonuses.
