Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead Urban Acres’ digital presence. The role requires someone who understands content-led brand building, can translate complex urban narratives into compelling digital storytelling, and drive engagement with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Urban Acres’ thought leadership positioning
Strengthen brand visibility across platforms with a focus on credibility, authority, and influence
Plan and manage campaign calendars around reports, events, and key industry themes
2. Social Media Leadership
Manage and grow Urban Acres’ presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube
Build a strong B2B and policy-focused audience
Create high-impact content formats including:
Insight posts & carousels
Short-form videos & reels
Expert quotes & industry bytes
Drive engagement with developers, policymakers, architects, and industry leaders
3. Content Marketing
Work closely with editorial and design teams to:
Convert reports, interviews, and articles into engaging digital content
Build storytelling formats for initiatives like Vision 2030, Micro Market Analysis, etc.
Ensure consistency in tone: authoritative, insightful, and forward-looking
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Plan and execute paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions, and lead generation
Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
5. Community & Industry Engagement
Build and nurture a digital community of industry stakeholders
Engage with influencers, developers, and policy voices
Leverage digital platforms for event amplification and participation
6. Website & SEO
Oversee website updates, landing pages, and blog integration
Drive organic growth through SEO strategies
Ensure discoverability of reports and thought leadership content
Key Requirements
4–7 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or media
Proven experience in content-driven brand building
Hands-on experience with:
Social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Performance marketing platforms
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging digital formats
