Turnip is looking for enthusiastic sales and marketing candidates for our widely scalable courses and events platform. Turnip has already crossed 100,000 scholars taking our courses. We are looking for people who can help us achieve 1 million signups on the Turnip platform!

Job responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via all possible channels
- Lead generation
- Running marketing campaigns
- Client support
- Manage online events
- Building lead databases

Profile
Ideal candidate has the following traits:
- Passion for sales and marketing
- Aptitude for internet research and lead generation
- Does not hesitate to pick up phone and talk to people
- Ability to handle data
- Willing to travel on field sometimes
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- A recent graduate (2026-2026)
Salary
₹15,000 per month + bonuses + allowances
Even though this is primarily work from home role, the location of candidate should be in and around Kolkata. We will have regular meetups and hopefully move to work from office in 2026!
