Position Summary - We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Mbel Grace, a leading luxury furniture and millworks manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture or Interior Design, a passion for content creation, and a strong understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a flair for visual storytelling, and a deep appreciation for pop culture.Key Responsibilities - 1. Content CreationDevelop engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms. Create high-quality images, videos, and graphics that reflect the luxury and craftsmanship of our brand.Collaborate with the design and production teams to capture the essence of our products and projects.2. Social Media ManagementManage and grow our social media presence, by posting regularly and engaging with followers.Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant pop culture elements to keep our content fresh and appealing.3. CopywritingWrite compelling and on-brand captions for posts and other marketing materials.Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and aesthetic.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns.4. Campaign SupportAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and events.Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and report on key metrics.Preferred Skills -Experience with photo/video editing software and tools.Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.Familiarity with other social media platforms, like Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Proven experience in content creation and social media management.Strong visual and written communication skills.A keen eye for design and detail, with experience in graphic design.Proficient in using social media tools and analytics platforms.Passion for luxury furniture, design, and craftsmanship.
