About Company:
We run a women-centric wealth management fund (Dhanvesttor) that functions independently under the Bathwal Corp banner. Dhanvesttor aims to build one-to-one relationships with HNI women between the age bracket of 40-65 years old who have savings in their bank accounts real value of which has been depleting year over year due to rising inflation. So, we aim to not only match inflation but also provide higher returns than FD. In doing so, aim to promote women's empowerment not only by helping them monetarily but also by educating them on world news, and financial news and creating a like-minded community for growth-seeking women. As a result, they feel more confident and secure not only presently but also about their future.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
2. Organise and oversee social media campaigns related to women in finance, financial know-how, etc specifically catering to our target audience
3. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
4. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
5. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
6. Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
7. Organize workshops on various social media platforms with reputed people from the financial sector keeping in mind the values of our firm
8. Create engaging content for the promotion of our brand on various social media platforms
+. Organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference in our company's success according to trends and customer requirements
10. Reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role
2. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
3. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
4. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
5. Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
6. Excellent communication and people skills
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
8. Creativity and commercial awareness
+. BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline
10. Marketing degree (preferred)
11. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the -art- of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies
12. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
