Job Description
We are seeking a new full time member to join our marketing group. The successful candidate will write/create/manage compelling content for our niche travel website, craft marketing emails and other content as needed.
We're looking for someone who:
- understands the basics of html and e-mail marketing.
- has a reliable, modern computer (desktop or laptop) and internet/network connection
- is able to work alone or as part of a group.
- has a passion for travel.
- is interested in developing skills to further the goals of our organization.
- has a curious mind and a positive attitude.
- is self motivated and organized.
- is preferably in the pacific time zone but not required
Sales or marketing experience would be an asset but not required. This position would be suitable as an entry level marketing position for the right individual, attitude and enthusiasm count! Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email marketing.
Conduct analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings and enhancing SEO efforts.
Create engaging content using internal and external resources as available.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
