Ideal Candidate Types: Final year students or Freshers OR (1-3 Yrs, exp.)
You will be part of an empowered, fun, collaborative team and report to the Director. The team is currently made up of four people, with the expectation to grow the headcount to 20 within this space in the next six months.
As our first Growth Marketer, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of and become a specialist in a new, emerging area of the outsourcing world, leaning on your experience and entrepreneurial spirit to make a significant impact on the way in which we grow and develop our business.
Responsibilities
• You will work in close collaboration with Director to outline, present, and build optimized digital campaigns with the aim of generating quality client leads within agreed budgets and financial models
• You will own data ingestion for all marketing analytics, including, but not limited to, page views tracking, event tracking, conversion tracking, affiliate referrals, and peer referrals
• You will be required to take ownership of your own projects, build and manage delivery pipelines in tune with the agile needs of the business
• You will help build our engagement via social media: supported with regular posting schedules to channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and any future channels identified to create interesting conversations with clients
• You will help identify opportunities for new campaigns and channels to help grow GrowthAssist's digital presence
• You will be responsible for presenting our performance data back to Senior stakeholders and leaders in the fine-tuning of our overall digital marketing strategy
