Responsibilities
-Marketing Campaign Execution:
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and written content.
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
-Digital Marketing Management:
• Manage the brand's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the website.
• Optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and achieve marketing goals.
-Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Analyze marketing data and campaign results to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing strategy and decision-making.
-Content Creation and Copywriting:
• Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Write compelling product descriptions, blog articles, and other marketing materials to attract and engage the target audience.
• Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
-Relationship Building:
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and amplify brand reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through social media engagement, customer feedback, and community management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with copywriting abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze marketing data.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
