Job Description
• Project coordination:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, summits, webinars, and community meets
• Support logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site event operations
• Help manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate multimedia communications and promotional materials for events
• Assist with CRM management and support pipeline reporting, and sales operations workflows for leads generated.
• Content creation & management:
• Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, events and marketing collateral
• Support maintenance of content calendars and editorial workflows
• Develop supporting materials including case studies, guides, ebooks, and pitch decks.
• Support event planning, promotion, and follow-up activities.
