About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Performance and Insights, you will manage marketing automation activity across Interactive and support our marketing and sales teams through effective campaign delivery and lead management.
We expect this role to be responsible for administrating email marketing campaigns, development of lead nurtures and scoring, data quality and ultimately be accountable for the effective management of Interactive’s Marketo instance. This is a hands-on role, and responsible for both leading strategic design as well as execution.
Some of the key things you’ll do:
Manage and administer the Marketo platform, including day to day campaign delivery.
Build and optimise automated email campaigns, journeys, forms and landing pages.
Support lead lifecycle management, scoring and routing.
Work with Marketing, Sales and Technology teams to support CRM integration and data quality.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support conversion and pipeline outcomes.
Act as first line triage for lead qualification, ensuring leads are reviewed promptly and driven through to successful follow up.
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrated experience working hands on with Marketo.
Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred).
Solid understanding of email marketing and automated customer journeys.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide at all levels.
