About Us:
We’re a busy, customer-focused Powersports, Marine and RV dealership in Woodstock, Ontario, looking to grow our team! We are currently hiring for a Marketing, BDC (Business Development Centre) & Rental Counter Support role. Job Summary:
This is a hybrid position that supports marketing efforts, lead generation, customer communication, and rental counter operations. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership or BDC experience and a passion for customer service and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
- Help create content for email marketing, social media posts, and the dealership website.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports (leads, conversions, engagement).
- Support event planning, sponsorships, and community marketing efforts.
BDC (Business Development Centre):
- Manage incoming leads from phone, website, and email.
- Follow up with customers to schedule appointments and maintain contact.
- Keep CRM systems up to date with lead information and customer interactions.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support lead conversion.
Rental Counter Duties:
- Greet and assist rental customers in person and over the phone.
- Book rental vehicles and manage rental agreements.
- Ensure vehicles are ready and properly documented for pickup and return.
- Maintain accurate rental records and support general rental operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dealership, BDC, or similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar with digital marketing, CRM systems, and general office software.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and virtually.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
