Position: Asst Mgr - Marketing
Job Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Experience: 5+ years of retail marketing experience
Qualification: MBA / BBA / Graduate
Required skills:
Should have a good understanding of the luxury segment
Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated ability to maintain and work within a budget
Responsibilities:
Developing marketing plans and identifying opportunities that set goals for
increasing footfalls at stores, and brand awareness
Creating an effective store environment that will attract customers with visual
appeal, comfort, and convenience
Identity and collaborate with brands for cross-promotion
Content creation ideas for social media (Reels, Short Videos, Static Images)
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
Ensure Store upkeep from time to time
Design & develop marketing materials, collaterals & Visual merchandising elements
while working with an agency or in-house team
Identify & execute brand collaboration opportunities to drive traffic to the store
Maintain a marketing calendar for driving footfalls to offline stores – Stores at Malls,
Hotel Partners, Multi-brand stores like Organic World etc.
