Job Description
We are hiring a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our MakeMyTrip Holidays Franchise Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both offline marketing and digital marketing activities, working to build brand presence, acquire new clients, and grow our corporate travel business. Key Responsibilities Offline Marketing & Business Development Conduct meetings and build partnerships with corporates, premium gyms, restaurants, salons, jewelers, clubs, etc. Promote Holiday Gift Cards and handle group travel inquiries. Open and manage corporate travel accounts for long-term business growth. Represent the brand at local networking events, exhibitions, and business meetups. Maintain relationships with B2B clients and upsell travel solutions. Digital Marketing Manage Google My Business profile and ensure it's optimized and up-to-date. Plan and run lead generation campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Create, schedule, and track social media campaigns and email marketing. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. Stay updated on digital trends and competitor strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Certification in Digital Marketing is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads. Willingness to work in-office and travel locally for meetings.
